Questions
How do I book you for my wedding?
Once you have taken a look through my website, Instagram or even given me a call with any queries you may have it’s so simple to then book me. Simply send me an email please include your name, date and location, service you require, bridal party numbers and ceremony time if you have it. I can then send you all the costing and further information you may need to secure me for your wedding day.
How do I secure my date with you?
I do require a non refundable £100 reservation fee which comes off the total amount to secure your wedding date with me, this can be paid via BACS using your wedding date as reference. Your wedding date is not secure until this is received and I have confirmed receipt. I do operate on a first come first serve basis so please don’t wait to secure your date with me.
What are your costs?

For Destination and Touch up Inquires i can give a more accurate quote via email, the more information provided the better.
What time do you need to start on the morning?
Depending on your ceremony time and if this is taking place on site with a registrar. For a 13.00pm wedding you will need to be dressed and ready for your meeting at 12.45pm so finished in hair and makeup for 11.30am.
How long do you need for each person?
I allow a set up time of 30 minutes before we start, this helps when we need to move the room around to make it work best for the larger bridal parties and multiple artists.
Your Bridesmaids and Mum’s get 45 minutes each in hair/makeup this is all depending on if we are needing to ADD hair extensions or create Hollywood Waves then extra time will need to be added.
My Brides get up to 1 hour 30 minutes depending on the style chosen per service, if you are having Glam Waves with added hair extensions then the time allowed will be longer and discussed during your trial.
I can’t get access to my venue until 10.30am?
In this scenario id recommend booking a hotel, Airbnb or a photography studio where ALL hair and makeup takes place as we can arrive as early as needed to get you all finished and then you simply dress at your venue ready for a early afternoon ceremony.
Im hosting my wedding at home, what do you need?
I love a home wedding, where you are at your most comfortable BUT there is always a lot to still need doing on the morning so please allocate tasks to friends/family who are NOT booked for hair and makeup.
We need a large room with natural day light, plug sockets, large tables and mirrors for each artist booked.
When do I book my trial?
I always advise trials to be booked at least 4 - 5 months before your wedding date. If you would like to meet me sooner we can arrange a video call first to run through some ideas. Trials take place Monday - Friday with weekend dates being busy with wedding’s. I have a luxury home studio based in Royston, Hertfordshire where your trial will take place with bridal accessories available to view.
If you are travelling from a far for your wedding and not sure if you will have time to visit me before the big day, we can have a detailed consultation to make sure it runs smoothly for you. I have carried out many weddings without a trial, please check my gallery and testimonials for further reassurance.
Can you accommodate my whole bridal party?
I can offer my services to yourself and 2 others (hair and makeup) with a late afternoon ceremony, however if you have more in your bridal party I work with some other talented artists who will be happy to assist me on the morning to ensure everyone is finished on time. This will all be booked by myself and detailed in the schedule I create for the wedding morning.
My wedding is in the UK but over an hour drive?
I am happy to travel up to 1hour and 30 minutes on the morning of your wedding, if your venue or hotel is further than this i would advise to book accommodation for myself and stylists so we can be there with no risks of delays in traffic or bad weather conditions. This will be booked by Charli and the cost will be added to your final INV.
What products do you use?
I use a variety of brands and products created for each specific need for all different skin and hair types. I will go through this in details during your consultation at your trial and give my advice on how to better your skin ready for the big day. A few brands I use in my kit include - NARS, DIOR, Charlotte Tilbury, YSL, Natasha Denona & Makeup by Mario.
